We provide our customers with the most state-of-the-art technology available on the global market: Electric outboard engines. Also known as e-boarders, they are powered by Lithium batteries which are recharged in renewable energy hubs. E-boarders are comparable in performance to petrol engines, except they are cheaper, safer, more reliable & emission-free. In the future, ASOBO will expand to other African lakes and coastal regions, as well as Asia.
ASOBO e-boarders provide reliable and affordable propulsion, comfort, and safety while on board. We offer our e-Boarders on both long-term rental and partial lease-to-own models, making it affordable, therefore saving our customers money and the environment. Included are the full financing of the system, daily recharging of the batteries, all maintenance and repairs, boat owners and crew training, together with a 24/7 helpline with rescue backup.
We are passionate about creating direct environmental and social impact with a profitable business. With ASOBO, we are reducing water pollution and CO2 emissions, creating jobs for local communities, and contributing to more sustainable fishing practices. Now is the time to invest in a more equitable world and find ways that put less burden on the planet, and we believe that our model can contribute to just that!
